The Majestic Guarantee is available for direct accommodation bookings that require cancelling or rescheduling due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) government mandated border restrictions, closures and/or lockdowns.
Guests with direct accommodation booking changes due to the abovementioned reasons are eligible to request a full credit or refund on their booking.
Importantly, we ask guests to cancel or reschedule accommodation bookings prior to arrival, as no-show fees will apply to bookings not cancelled beforehand.
